You are in KONTROL
Wherever you are on your Pilates journey – our teachers are experts in both pilates and anatomy and will support you through every phase
Re-Form
Our Re-Form class is where we learn the principles of Reformer Pilates.
We focus on developing core strength, bone density, improving posture, and lengthening the body through movement – building confidence from the inside out.
The Method: Using breath, control, mobility and repetition
The Goal: A supple, strong and supportive framework
Exercises are layered with levels of challenge, allowing us to progress at our own pace through to the next phase of our Pilates journey.
Ideal for all levels including rehabilitation and pregnancy. Those new to Reformer Pilates must arrive 15 minutes before the start of class to be inducted onto the equipment
Re-Flow
Our Re-Flow class refines the fundamentals but we’re exploring more challenging and dynamic moves.
This class focuses on how we can elevate our body’s potential. We increase the endurance training while encouraging more fluidity and length in the body required for complex movement.
The Method: Technique, higher reps, concentration and control
The Goal: A powerful body that moves with confidence and fluidity
Ideal for those who are confident and capable in all areas of Reformer Pilates and ready to progress their practice with purpose.
Mat
Our Mat Pilates class takes us back to our roots, building a strong frame through movement and control.
We fuse classical with contemporary. Props such as weights are used to mirror the springs on the reformer and create muscular strength and flexibility. Exercises are layered with progressions to support both beginners and more experienced clients.
The Method: Disciplined core work, alignment, breath, movement and repetition
The Goal: Strengthen, lengthen, support and nourish the body for life
Ideal for all levels. This class is a powerful on its own or the perfect preparation for Reformer Pilates

About us

Kontrol Pilates was created with one intention – to help us re-connect with our bodies and build a framework that lasts for life. Our practice restores balance, refines movement and leaves you looking and feeling physically and mentally stronger in everyday life.
Our calm and welcoming space is designed for optimum comfort and functionality. The nine luxury reformers are higher than those found in a typical studio, creating a more inclusive and elevated Pilates experience.
With class sizes limited, every session is thoughtfully programmed. This allows beginners to build confidence and progress at their own pace, while more experienced clients continue to be challenged and progressively strengthened.
Your session. Your journey. You are in Kontrol.

Vanessa Lees, Founder
